We bought a single family home in 2013 for approximately $1.1 million in Windermere, FL. Rick was everything that you would expect from a consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and timely in every step of the process. Our situation was a bit complicated as we were moving from another country (Brazil) with all of the issues related to this type of move….three young children and finding the best schools…changes in language and culture….Rick was supportive and helpful in each component of our relocation. Rick was instrumental in finding the right property and helping us through the decision and negotiation process. His knowledge and contacts were invaluable to us in finding the home of our dreams allowing for a perfect work-life balance as well as ideal educational access for our children. Without hesitation we would give Rick a 5 star recommendation in terms of process and partnership in what can be a very pivotal life decision.
