I cannot say enough good things concerning how Rick handled my recent home purchase. He did not push me towards some of the inventory which was out there since it really didn’t meet what he and I discussed initially as some other brokers had. When I proposed some homes to him he was honest in his assessments of the home as well as the surrounding areas. Once Rick found a home that would fit what I was looking for he was extremely responsive in setting up a showing of the home as well as reviewing comps in the area. Due to his attentiveness we were able to make an offer which was countered and accepted within a few days. He was also very hands on when it came to the home inspection portion of the sale.

As stated earlier, I can’t say enough good things on how Rick assisted me with the purchase of my new home and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an attentive and detail oriented real estate agent.
