His tenacity was very impressive and in the end he won through. The process for a couple of Brits was quite daunting however Rick held our hands from start to finish and made the experience bearable.

Would I recommend Rick? Absolutely, a consummate professional in all his abilities, in fact even more impressive is the after care service we still get, making sure we find good tradesmen recommendations and being absolutely everything is ok with us. Coming from the UK we are not use to this level of service, so for us it is a pleasant surprise.
